N\u00e1hl\u00fd po\u017e\u00e1r na palub\u011b osobn\u00edho letadla mohl skon\u010dit katastrofou. Ale d\u00edky rychl\u00e9mu rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a odvaze jedin\u00e9ho mu\u017ee \u2014 kapit\u00e1na letu 742 \u2014 bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 katastrof\u011b p\u0159edej\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh je ji\u017e nyn\u00ed ozna\u010dov\u00e1n za u\u010debnicov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad hrdinstv\u00ed a duchap\u0159\u00edtomnosti v extr\u00e9mn\u00ed situaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u010dekan\u00e1 nouze p\u0159i poj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed<br>Let 742 m\u011bl nam\u00ed\u0159eno do Lond\u00fdna. Pasa\u017e\u00e9\u0159i byli na palub\u011b, pos\u00e1dka dokon\u010dila bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed instrukt\u00e1\u017e a letadlo pomalu poj\u00ed\u017ed\u011blo na ranvej. V\u0161echno prob\u00edhalo zcela norm\u00e1ln\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pak si v\u0161ak jeden z \u010dlen\u016f pos\u00e1dky v\u0161iml kou\u0159e vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edho z technick\u00e9ho panelu. Jedin\u00e9 \u0161patn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed mohlo znamenat katastrofu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilot, kter\u00fd odm\u00edtl paniku<br>Kapit\u00e1n reagoval okam\u017eit\u011b. Zastavil poj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, vyslal nouzov\u00fd sign\u00e1l \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed v\u011b\u017ei a zah\u00e1jil evakua\u010dn\u00ed postupy. Plameny se v\u0161ak \u0161\u00ed\u0159ily neuv\u011b\u0159itelnou rychlost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nam\u00edsto zastaven\u00ed na hlavn\u00ed poj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bc\u00ed dr\u00e1ze, kde by zablokoval dal\u0161\u00ed provoz a ohrozil ostatn\u00ed letadla, nasm\u011broval kapit\u00e1n stroj na servisn\u00ed cestu mimo hlavn\u00ed provoz. Riskantn\u00ed, ale brilantn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e dvou minut bylo letadlo bezpe\u010dn\u011b zastaveno a za\u010dala evakuace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1vod s ohn\u011bm a \u010dasem<br>Podle p\u0159edpis\u016f mus\u00ed b\u00fdt evakuace dokon\u010dena do 90 sekund. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ale \u0161lo o z\u00e1vod s \u010dasem: plameny u\u017e olizovaly pravou stranu trupu, teplota v zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti kabiny prudce stoupala. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed pasa\u017e\u00e9\u0159i k\u0159i\u010deli, jin\u00ed se pokou\u0161eli zachr\u00e1nit sv\u00e1 zavazadla, n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z\u016fstali paralyzovan\u00ed strachem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A op\u011bt to byl hlas pilota, kter\u00fd zachr\u00e1nil situaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesd\u011blil jen mechanick\u00e9 pokyny \u2014 mluvil s takov\u00fdm klidem a rozhodnost\u00ed, \u017ee atmosf\u00e9ra paniky se rychle zm\u011bnila v organizovanou akci.<br>\u201eSpole\u010dn\u011b to zvl\u00e1dneme. \u0158i\u010fte se pokyny. Pos\u00e1dka je s v\u00e1mi,\u201c zn\u011blo z reproduktor\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeho hlas p\u0159im\u011bl cestuj\u00edc\u00ed soust\u0159edit se a rychle jednat. Kapit\u00e1n s\u00e1m opustil kokpit a pom\u00e1hal cestuj\u00edc\u00edm opustit letadlo pomoc\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00edho lev\u00e9ho nouzov\u00e9ho v\u00fdchodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plameny mezit\u00edm dos\u00e1hly motorov\u00e9 sekce. Leti\u0161tn\u00ed hasi\u010di dorazili b\u011bhem t\u0159\u00ed minut, ale v\u011bt\u0161ina cestuj\u00edc\u00edch u\u017e byla bezpe\u010dn\u011b mimo stroj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikdo nezem\u0159el. Pokud by letadlo z\u016fstalo na hlavn\u00ed poj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bc\u00ed dr\u00e1ze, pobl\u00ed\u017e dal\u0161\u00edch stroj\u016f pln\u00fdch paliva, hrozil by masivn\u00ed v\u00fdbuch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leti\u0161tn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ady i leteck\u00e1 spole\u010dnost vyj\u00e1d\u0159ily kapit\u00e1novi hlubok\u00e9 uzn\u00e1n\u00ed. Podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch zpr\u00e1v byl navr\u017een na vysok\u00e9 st\u00e1tn\u00ed vyznamen\u00e1n\u00ed za ob\u010danskou odvahu.
